Impress offers a one year limited warranty on each product from the date of purchase. Our warranty only covers products that fails based on manufacturer's defect in materials or workmanship.
Impress holds the right to reject any repairs, replacements, or returns of the products under any circumstance.
Warranty is not covered by product failure resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Abuse, misuse, accident, or any modifications on the product
- Failure of installation and maintenance (e.g. applying detergent to clean genuine leather products)
Impress has a 5-day return policy from the date of purchase. We will exchange or refund products in the original condition with an original receipt.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all products over $200 when refunded. If products have already been delivered, the paid-delivery fee is non-refundable. Additional delivery charges will apply for products that is required pickup for refund.
No exchange or return on final sale, as-is, special order (products we do not have in stock and are specially ordered), or discounted items. Products that are marked as open-box with damaged, stained or defected are not eligible for exchange or refund.
All mattresses are FINAL SALE.
If the customer pays by cash for the purchase, upon refund Impress will return the amount by cheque within fifteen business days. Credit card refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Date of purchase is considered to be the day of payment not the day of pick up or delivery.
